Conclusion
Both the ADDIE and Kemp instructional design models will provide a designer with a process for developing instruction. If the designer prefers a more structured approach to instructional design then the ADDIE model is a great model to choose. The Kemp model may be more appropraite for a well experienced instructional designer since it allows a designer creative freedom to start the design process at any point. Regardless of the model chosen, the outcome is a well thought plan, a blueprint for instruction.
